If your House Hoodie isn't right — wrong size, changed your mind, anything — you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund or an exchange.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what you'd like (refund, different size, different house). We'll reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the return arriving with us.

30-Day Warranty

If you added the 30-Day Warranty and a seam, zipper or print fails within 30 days of delivery, send us a photo and we ship a replacement.
